A practitioner can dictate using any of our two methods : phone-in dictation and hand-held digital recorder.

Phone-in dictation

This offers a user-friendly digital phone-in dictation system. You are required to dial our toll free number using any touch-tone phone, enter your assigned ID # and password, and begin dictating. Phone lines are always available without collision or busy signals. Once you have completed the dictation, just hang up the phone. From there on, our digital dictation system takes over. Just like in any hospital dictation system, you have access to all the features including FF, Rewind, Pause, and more.

Dictation using hand held device

Many practitioners, prefer the Hand-held Digital Voice Recorders due to the flexibility and mobility offered by them.
If you wish to use a hand held device, we can assist you at each stage - from purchase to installation.

You are free to record your dictation at your convenience. At the end of the day or whenever you wish to transfer the data, simply plug your hand-held recorder into your PC using the cable provided and move the audio files from recorder to PC. These dictation files can then be securely transferred from your PC to our server easily through our user friendly web-based software.

All our skilled transcriptionists are grouped into specialist teams. Each of our esteemed client is catered by a specific team of transcriptionists. In the long run, this ensures improved quality through familiarization.

After receiving dictation files, our “Work Flow Manager” software assigns your audio (dictation) files to transcriptionists of your assigned team. Our transcriptionists transcribe your dictation accurately in your predefined format – so that you or your staff do not have to waste your precious time rewriting or reformatting the final record.

Our Quality Control Department goes through each and every transcripts completed by our transcriptionists. We have deputed senior transcriptionists known as Editors to verify the final records. Here they strictly check, word by word, against the original dictation.
All files are then visually checked at third level for correctness, signed off and delivered to the output directory.
